Leah gave really helpful support and advice for my parents in their 90s who had multiple health needs including Dementia and stroke. She assessed them for suitable equiptment enabling them to stay in their own home independently for longer. NHS services are slow to respond now and waiting times are longer. Her timely interventions helped keep them safe, reducing the risk of falls. She dealt with them sensitively respecting their wishes. She also gave me excellent advice about managing my osteoarthritis and plantar facitis.
